Damaged or Defective Items

We take every step to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
However, PN Healthcare is not responsible for any damage, defect, or loss caused during shipping, handling, or courier transit.
Once your package leaves our facility, it is under the responsibility of the courier or delivery service.
